How is the refund processed?
Upon meeting the necessary terms and conditions and obtaining approvals, the refund will be processed by issuing a check for the same value.
What about additional terms and conditions?
Terms and conditions apply to any other exceptions.
Can free gifts be returned or exchanged?
No, free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
What are the conditions for return or exchange?
The device must be in its new condition and with complete packaging, accessories, and gifts (if any).
What about products with manufacturing defects?
In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, it can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of purchase.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any of your purchases within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase, except for personal care devices and/or purchases that are fully or partially consumed.
